Making your own bread can seem like a bit of a pain. But once you get the hang of it, it's a really great skill to have.
It's also a fantastic way to reduce your plastic use and your use and consumption of palm oil.
My own journey with making bread is at it's infancy. Sometimes I have fails and sometimes it just tastes a bit weird. But it's certainly the case with bread, that the more you practice the better you get. It gets fluffier and tastier. It's a great skill to pick up.
Here I'm sharing a really basic bread recipe because white bread is easier to master than brown, and adding in seeds is also an add in, once you are a bit more practiced, I've found. The recipe is through BBC Good Food.
