Every week we share a delicious meat free Monday inspo. This weeks recipe comes via Dish.com and it's for something unusual, but that I can vouch is bloody delicious. Frozen peas are good all year- and can be bought increasingly in bulk plastic free! Peas are also protein dense. I personally would serve this up minus cheese and egg- and just enjoy the peas.
